About this document
A child visitation letter confirms in writing an arrangement parents have agreed between themselves about when each spends time with their child: the regular pattern, holidays and special days, handovers, contact between visits and how changes are made.
This blank form is a letter to complete by hand, with a place for the other parent to sign and return it. It says it records what the parents have agreed and is not intended to change a court order, and that arrangements may ultimately be decided by a court. It is not a custody order.
