About this document
A technology vendor agreement is the customer's terms for buying technology together with the services that go with it: orders, delivery and installation, acceptance, price and payment, service levels, support, warranty, security, personal data, people the vendor uses, ownership and moving away at the end.
This blank form is written from the customer's side and completed by hand. It leaves service levels, periods and remedies for the parties to agree. It refers to a separate document for personal data and does not say what any law requires of either side. For a significant purchase, a lawyer's review is sensible.
