About this document
An online marketplace seller agreement sets the terms on which a seller offers goods or services through a marketplace. It covers what the marketplace provides, what may be sold, who contracts with the buyer, listings, prices, fees and payouts, holding back funds, taxes, delivery, returns, buyer disputes, reviews and suspension.
This blank form is completed by hand and signed by the operator and the seller. It says the contract for each sale is between seller and buyer and that the marketplace is not the seller. Rules on platform liability, consumer rights, tax collection and data differ by place, so ask a lawyer for the markets you serve.
