About this document
An employee handbook gathers an employer's policies in one document: who it applies to, starting work, hours and attendance, pay and expenses, time off, remote working, conduct, respect at work, health and safety, equipment and systems, personal information, social media, conflicts of interest, raising problems and concerns, and leaving.
This blank form is completed by the employer in its own words and issued to staff. It says that it is a statement of policy, not a contract, and that an employment agreement governs if the two differ. It does not set any leave, pay or safety standard, and it only works if it describes what the employer really does. Employment law differs by state and employer size, so have a lawyer review what you publish.

Questions
About the employee handbooks
The form says it is not, and that an employment agreement governs if they differ. Whether a handbook can create obligations in your state depends on its wording and the circumstances, so have it reviewed.
