About this document

A digital image licence lets a licensee use stated images for stated purposes. It lists each image, says how, where and for how long they may be used, sets limits on volume, forbids uses such as resale or use in a logo, and covers changes, fees, credit, delivery and the end of the licence.

This blank form is completed by hand and signed by licensor and licensee. It covers models and property releases: the licensor lists the releases it holds and says nothing about whether the licensee's use needs one where none is held. It does not transfer ownership of the images.
