About this document
A personal financial statement sets out your income, regular outgoings, assets and debts at a date, and what is left over. It is commonly asked for with a loan application, a lease or guarantee, a court matter, or when you want a clear view of your own position.
This blank form is completed by hand and can be signed before an official. It covers one person or two, and asks you to confirm the figures are true and complete and to say if anything changes before it is acted on. A misstatement can have consequences, so complete it carefully.
